At The Fidget Studio, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns or refunds may be approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, depending on the situation. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Since many of our products are sensory items and small accessories, some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
